Antony And The Johnsons.

I went to see Antony and the Johnsons live at the Barbican Hall in London 2 weeks ago, it was the most beautiful concert I've ever seen.
His voice is amazing, he looks so fragile when he's singing. Very emotional.

More sketches from the show that I didn't use in the final composition.

Because of your post, you've made me aware of Antony and the Johnsons' music (also Julia Kent subsequently). And you are right, from the music that is on their website, it does sounds very emotional.

Thanks Stef.

- Mike, your the fastest blogger around, I've just posted it! How do you do that?

I am very jealous Stef.
I love Antony. He is an amazing human being.

'Mr. Muscle forcing bursting
Stingy thingy into little me, me, me
But just "ripple" said the cripple
As my jaw dropped to the ground
Smile smile'

I love your drawings of him.

Merci Muffin.
He seems to be an amazing human being. Have you seen him in the streets of New York, or heard his voice somewhere?

Of course.
I say him play in a small room in Melbourne.... My friend gave him a toy koala which he sat on his piano.

Wonderful sketches Stef, but what happened to the plane sketch? I saw it for a second in Google viewer?

I don't know who Antony And The Johnsons are ... but your post and drawings make me curious about them!! Lovely sketches!! You always have all kind of unique design to match your sketches!! SOO COOL!

- Yep, very little Elliot, but I was far away. The girls were beautiful.

- Thanks Mattias. I can't belive you saw the plane! How did you do it? I posted it for like 1 minute, it's a test I've done while I was away in Florida last week, I took a picture of the sketch I've done at the airport and tried to bog it from my phone. You like plane sketches as far as I remember?

- Thanks Alina, go and buy his music, iyou won't regret it.

Wow. THIS is a cool drawing blog.
I found you by a link in Mattias Adolfsson's blog where he was saying you inspired him to start blogging.
Now I stop wondering why he said something like that.

He told you capture people really good, and I fear I will have to agree with that.
Beautiful works, Stef.

Claping hands.

I'll try to visit you oftenly if you don't mind :P
