The Hills, The Wedding (I Paparazzi-ed the Paparazzi!)

On my way to the post office on Saturday afternoon, I noticed more people than usual gathered down the road, in front of a church, in fact, quite a lot of people, with massive cameras, some I'm sure were the same used to take photos of the moon; and a lot of movie cameras, police and all.
I'm kind of use to this as it's very common in L.A, you can't buy your bread without talking about the weather with Brad Pitt (kind of...). This time, I decided to stop as it was a very good opportunity to study the paparazzi, they are a very interesting thing to watch.
(the shooting in question was a MTV show called "The Hills", which, from what I've heard, is boring, but not to the paparazzi apparently)
(I borrowed this post title from Petrea's comment, thank you:)

Found your work via Urban Sketchers. Have trawle4d through your blog. I admire your work hugely, and have 'favourited' the blog. I learn a lot just staring at your sketches from life which have so much character and humanaity in so few lines.

My neighbor has one of those cameras with huge lenses; the way he explains it, they actually do serve a purpose besides looks. Love the drawings.

You've actually paparazzi-ed the paparazzi! The show must have had a special guest star that day. Your work makes it special, though. I love the lavender of the church. Just a few lines to give it gravity.
