Vrij Nederland.

Here is a series of readers I've done for a Dutch Magazine called "Vrij Nerderland" last July. It's quite strange to see your drawings alongside an article of which you don't understand a word.

These watercolours I've painted in Maine 2 years ago are also published in this magazine every week this month.

so beautiful. Are their a lot of pencil lines layed down before you paint?

Thank you very much Dan! No, not many pencil lines actually, it's a technic the tutor was teaching me in Maine, he said basically just to define 3 main shapes in your composition, foreground, background... and then paint directly. I had a lot of fun especially with the yellow truck (the 3rd one), working mainly with placing big marks, brush strokes on the paper and work big.

What a display! That's fantastic stuff Stef. I don't normally like trucks and 4x4 but those are really fine illustrations.

Really like the purple truck Stef. I did a painting just like it. I'll try to force my dad to put it on my blog so you can see it.
