We are experiencing the joy of buying an apartment in the UK at the moment, and I have to say that I'm not impressed by the system at all, it takes ages, there's always something wrong and those 2 specimen below are not here to make things run smoothly.

Merci Pasto, oui, ce sont un agent immobilier et un notaire, c'est l'horreur ici, il n'y a pas de loi, ils font ce qu'ils veulent avec ton argent, c'est un peu la lotterie, tu peux tout perdre a tout moment si ils decident de ne plus te vendre la propriete. Je ne recommende a personne d'acheter en Angleterre. Je commence a comprendre pourquoi les Anglais achetent beaucoup chez nous!

Thanks Mattias, true, I find it difficult to laugh about it now after 4 months of going back and forth between estate agent and solicitors for stupid things, next time we'll buy in Sweden.
I love this. Seems therapeutic to draw this one. I need to do a whole series of drawings like these....but there would be grenades and more knives and poison and guns and lots of other stuff.
