I love your watercolor sketches!
The light and the atmosphere are gorgeous,
I also absolutely love how you paint the sky with soft shades of clouds.
Just like in the other snow landscape previous post.

How do your manage not to let the water from your brush "melt" the ink lines of the drawing?
Or perhaps you actually draw the ink line afterwards?

-Merci mon ami Gallois!

-Thanks Monica!

-Hey Ale, thank you! I actually draw the black line first with a waterproof black pen and then do the watercolour, but now I actually paint directly with watercolour, as I did in the previous post, more abstract and thinking more about the negative shapes and patterns. I find myself stuck in the drawing sometimes if I draw first, I tend to be more loose now.

-Thanks Wilipino!

You should be doing backgrounds for Animation- personal important stories need work of this calibre.

I love your sketches. They are so fluid and free. Your watercolor technique is gorgeous. What do you suggest to someone trying to get better at watercolor?
