Here is the card I made, for my son to offer to my lovely wife today for Mother's Day.
I thought I'd also share the different stages from concept/rough to final as I never really do this.

Yes, that texture is made with few custom brushes I have on Photoshop.

I really love these characters. They have a retro style. It brings to my memory some illustrations from the 60´s. I´m not so old, but I have a few illustrations from that decade. Congrats, beautiful work of art. Carlos - Argentina
