My God, the top 7 are GORGEOUS!! They look like you painted them in blood! The different tones within each brush stroke is what makes them fly I think. Is this the scanner light reflecting off the ink or is it actually the way the ink has dried? The date icon at the top is pure perfection.

-Thanks Alina and Laurent.

-Smook, I don't remember doing any of those...I was possessed!

-Merci Charlotte!

-Thanks Matt. Actually, the color is all digital. My original drawing were done with a thick brush and black ink, I then did the ink watercolour effect on photoshop, as I'm doing a lot of "digital watercolour" at the moment, it was a good way to test some different way to use the digital brushes.

-Thank you very much Virginia, very much appreciated, and thank you for visiting my blog so often and take time to look at my sketches.

Gorgeous! I love the red, and love the way you used the ink to create such dynamic portrayals of the human body. Just amazing!

Thank you very much Izy for visiting my blog and for your kind words.
I'll try to show you 2 or 3 moves about swimming soon, I know you're a champion, but I can swim like... like...you know, the way the French swim. x

-Merci Loret! Alors ce Bouddha?

Stef

I sincerely love all your work here - everything. You are as an artist everything I am not, yet my friends maintain that I am an artist. But I cannot do what you do (sketch on trains, stand in a forest drawing, in essence - sketch everything you see) so I sit and look through the window you offer us into your world. Through that, I see what you see. What a privilige. Thank you

Really interesting treatment to turn black ink into blodd!

Kudos Stef! I particularly like the bottom two. The reclining figure and artists drawing him, and the seated artist have a casual intensity.

I'll quit lurking and chime in with more love. Fabulous skilz and brilliant flow, and since I'd need at least a thousand words for each pic, I'll leave it at that.
