An Anniversary book is going to be published with 80 interpretations of this little bear and his friends by 80 different Artists. I don't know yet if mine are going to be in the book, but here they are.

Always love your Pooh drawings

These are great Stef! I love the fact that in the first one, you can still see the outline of Pooh and a bit of Tigger's foot through the book! I first thought it was part of the book design.

There's a lovely charm to the bottom one! Love them both! Hope they are in the book along with Matt's!

-Thanks Boris!

-Hey Mike! I wanted to play with transparencies, that's my thing of the moment, I love doing this on photoshop, create some kind of depth, when you don't really know what's in the front or behind.
The bottom one is part of a series of thumbnails I've done, they were a great exercise for me, to illustrate a lot of different little scenes with pantone markers.
How's the brush pen sketching doing ?

-Thanks Ed! might see you this evening at the life drawing class!

Top one's sweet - upside down book is a nice touch. Great pose on Piglet in the second one. Streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetch that piggy.

Both deserve to be in the book. Have Gerbs & Fred done an image too? 80 artists - why wasn't I asked? Poohsticks . . .

Merci mon cher Ami! Gerb is still working on it and Fred is done, Fred will probably start a blog soon he said!
I'm sure they forgot to ask you, or they're going to do a special leather cover edition with 80 Jones Winnie illustrations!

I have always loved Tigger. Your Tigger drawings are a reminder of the Tigger I always loved. If it's not chosen, then screw the panel. You got my vote!

Hey stephane,
i 'm actually hurrying to finish a new watercolor for the book. I had plans for some other stuff but concept was rejected. also i have some older renderings i've done which i'll submit. good luck, not that you'll need it.

Oh man! I love your color approach and PS design take on these classic characters. Really updates them and still maintains their timeless appeal.

Hey pal.
I've tried to reply to your email but for some reason it keeps rejecting it.
Here's what I wrote:
"Mate! – if you don’t know of Tove’s work, you can find some of it here http://www.zepe.de/tjillu/hobbit/index.html and show all the other artists you can find.
She’s not that well known and she’s an inspiration.
She died only a few year ago, after writing and illustrating comic strips, books, posters for 60 or so years.
She’s remarkable"
Cheers!

Doodlers, I love playing this transparencies at the moment, it's creating funny depth in the drawings.

Thanks John! you have a lot of superb illustrations you've done with Winnie, I remember one painting I saw from you a while ago, it's on your website I think, Winnie and Piglet in acrylic I believe...beautiful! Hope we'll all be in this book.

Thanks UrbanBarbarian, it's a nice compliment, this is exactly what I'm looking for when I'm trying to develop a new way to design and color Winnie.

Thanks Elliot, I'll check this out. and thanks for the Winnie drawings you've sent me!

Thanks Donnachada!

Hey Alberto! thank you, you talented man!

Thanks Jez!

Merci Louis, j'ai fait le dessin sur papier, scanne puis toute la couleur sur photoshop, ainsi que l'encrage.
Merci de passer sur mon blog!
